Bayern Ticket To Innsbruck from Garmisch Partenkirchen

Is the Bayern Pass (Ticket) good for Innsbruck from Garmisch? Is the Bayern Pass good for Salzburg from Garmisch?

The Bavaria Ticket is only valid in Bavaria, hence it is not good to go to Innsbruck. The reason why Salzburg is allowed is just because of its proximity to the German-Austrian border. Salzburg%26#39;s main station is the border station and thus a valid stop in both railway networks. Moreover I don%26#39;t think that going from Garmisch to Salzburg by train is sufficient (because yoou would have to go to Munich first).
