Christmas Markets - when and where?

When do the Christmas Markets begin, will they be taking place in November?

I understand there are 3 places to see them, what is the difference between each of them?

Many thanks.

There are many more than three! Often discussed on here. Search the forum in the box above for %26quot;christmas markets%26quot; for lots of information and comparisons. This year most open between 13 and 20 November.
