On October 4 - an annual event - the Long Nighr of the Museums.
Hundreds of museums open from 6 PM - 1 AM--( 18:00- 01:00) in VienMuseum.na even a hop on hop off bus to connect the museums 1 ticket for all -
13 euro all inclusive - thousands enjoy this special evening -
Most major museums in Vienna including the Kunsthistorisches ( Fine Arts ) tickets available at museums

No on-line purcase to my knowledge.
Just visit any particpating museum and buy slightly before or at the evening at your first museum visited . Very easy to do .
Some museums for example
Kunsthistorisches Museum ( Fine Arts )
Natural History Museum
Albertina
Museum Quarter Neue Burg in the Hofburg Palace complex toward the Ringstrasse
Secession
many others also .
The website given above provides ticket info and museum list - so many you must make the choices of ones most interesting.
With the exception of the Secession , all of the above I mentioned are within 5 minutes walk of each other. Makes a nice evening.
