Can any one tell me the best way to get from innsbruck to obergurgl

You have several choices

A rental car-/expensive and the car not really a needed thing once you are by the town..

Train /costs less than 10 euro one way from Innsbrick . You need to take a bus from airport to train station This costs about 2 euro and takes maybe 15 minutes.

The train to Otztal stop and then a transfer to the bus that runs through the valley.

With luggage and ski equipment , this can be less than convenient.

Shuttle Bus / picks you up at the airoprt and delivers you to the hotel for 40 euro or 35 to a central point.

Cost is a little less if you book a round trip.
