We are thinking of spending the Christmas in Hallstatt. We want to know if there is anything to do on 25 or most of the sites/shopes will be closed?
We are planning to go from Prague to Salzburg on 24 and stay in Salzburg until 27 and then back to Vienna. Since we want to do the sleigh ride on 26 (seems that there is no sleigh ride on 25); we are thinking of doing a day trip to Hallstatt on 25. Just wondering if it%26#39;s nice enough to walk around the town, or maybe to take the ferry around Hallstatt. Understand that the town is not big and can be done in a day; but not sure if 25 is really a good day to do it.
