I am planning for a trip to Salzberg at the above period. But I don%26#39;t know if all the shops/ excursion / bus/ coach will be running as usual. I am feared that all people was on holiday and no one entertain tourists!

Salzburg is full of tourists during this period. Tourists come with money and those in the tourist affiliated business are happy to provide services and earn some of this tourist cash.
The major Christmas Celebration here is on December 24th evening.
Many things close early on the 24th .
The 25th and 26th also Holidays but other than seeing Banks and normal shops closed ., most things for a tourist are open.Of course money easily foud at Atms You will find tourists sights, museums, sightseeing tours , like Panorama operating mostly as normal.
Places like the Sternbrau series of restaurants are open everyday in the city center so impossible to go hungry.
