Yes there is between Prague and Vienna and vice versa, but the train might be more comfortable - if you are starting in Prague the train costs €19 https:/… , going the other way it is €29 www.oebb.at

For buses see http://www.bei.cz/?refr={8278D892-CFB4-42D7-B592-CBFF7AB14C63}

I don%26#39;t know about buses to Salzburg - there must be something. Somebody else can tell you about them :)

In Austria there are no long-distance busses where there is a train line. Busses only do the local work and run from smaller villages to the railway station of larger towns.

Also between Vienna and Prague I suggest the train! Much more comfortable, many trains a day so very flexible, safe, cheap and one of the most environment-friendly ways of travelling.
