OBB Online Booking Problems - Help!

I attempted to book an overnight train ticket online via OBB departing Salzburg on 22 September and arriving in Orvieto on 23 September, which requires separate segments from Salzburg to Villach, and then from Villach to Orvieto. When I booked the Villach-Orvieto segment, the search gave me the train that actually leaves Villach at 00:03 on 22 September, one day earlier than I intended. Unfortunately, I did not realize this until I received my ticket (the screen still displayed %26quot;22 September, Salzburg to Orvieto%26quot; while I was ordering this ticket). After a few calls to OBB, they told me to send an email with my problem, and gave me a number to call (43-810-100-755). I haven%26#39;t yet received a reply via email, and, for some reason, I cannot place a call to the number above from the US, even though I have been able to call other OBB numbers without issue.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this issue? Thanks in advance for your help!

0810 is an area code that is subject to a certain tariff regulation (all calls to this number are charged as a local call). That could be the reason for not reaching this number from abroad. I would again attempt to reach the ÖBB Customer Service Center using their main number +43 5 1717. Perhaps they can forward you to the appropriate department which (additionally) uses the 0810 number.
