OBB price appears to be 35 Euros for 2nd class on Sept. 22. Will it be more if we wait until we get to Vienna to buy tix?

As far as I am aware, the Railjet does not operate between Vienna and Prague (it´s Budapest-Vienna-Munich as well as Vienna-Innsbruck now), so you´re probably taking the regular EC (Eurocity).
The Sparschiene Prague special offer starts at 29 EUR one way and I actually found that offer for some trains on September 22 still, so if you buy online now you´ll get off even a little cheaper (seat reservation included). Mind that Sparschiene tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and you´d be bound to a specific train oebb.at/pv/…index.jsp .
If you buy on the day of travel, you´ll be charged the regular fee, which is 59 EUR one way.

I must have searched Vienna to Budapest by mistake.
We will be in Vienna for a week so is it still better and easier to buy on-line now for 29 Euros?
Thank you for quick response.

What is the difference between Praha_Holesovice and Praha HL-N? Headed to Prague Marriott.

The trains from Vienna go to Holešovice, except the night train, the two evening trains and the supercity (which costs more). When buying your ticket from www.oebb.at it will automatically put the relevant station on the ticket, so don%26#39;t worry about that.
If you look in the Prague forum and put %26quot;Marriott%26quot; in the search box, this question has been answered many times!
