Hotel Schloss Lebenberg

I wondered if anyone has stayed here as it looks amazing but I know it%26#39;s not in town centre. Any advice on this hotel?

Hotel Schloss Lebenberg is in the BEST location in Kitzbuehel (at least in summer):

Overlooking Kitzbühel, 15 Minutes walk to the center, also 15 minutes to the very nice Lake Schwarzsee.

The hotel shuttle will drive you to the ski area (5-15 minutes, depending on traffic).

The hotel it self is brandnew (opend in this form in December 2008).

It is, however, non of my favourit hotels in Kitzbuehel, I don´t know exactly why, it´s just the athmosphere I don´t like so much.
