Driving schools in Austria, Vienna

hi!

does anyone know is there a driving school in Vienna that would provide lectures and a driving test in english?and could you get the licence in the end that would be valid in other european countries?

Normal driving schools are not cheap.

If you have a valid drivers license currently from another country, you can, with proper processing and documents obtain an austrian dirvers permission.

These require proof of residency by providing a copy of a meldezettel and also a physical examination.

You apply in Vienna at the

Bundespolizeidirektion Wien

Josef Holabek Platz 1

in the 9th district

If you obtain a valid drivers license why would it not be valid elsewhere in the EU ?

no i dont have them.. im 17 now and ill get 18 soon so i want to get the licence here while i have time because next year im leaving to another country.
